and then the Ozarks to or north, which is the earmark of the "river valley;"
this "foothill climate" is ideal for wine production as well as year-round
mild weather – we average 41 degree temperature in winter and 81 degrees in
summer, which 4" of snow – an almost perfect "mild four seasons" description!
